The Altevie service center, with PCoE certification, provides services in the following areas:

  • Software Maintenance
  • Enterprise Support
  • AMS - Application Maintenance Services
  • System Monitoring
  • Qualified Outsourcing

The service portal can be accessed by entering the User ID and Password.

The access button to the SUPPORT CENTER portal is shown in the next section.

To request credentials or in the case of forgotten passwords, use the appropriate link in the next section.

The ALTEVIE presidium can be contacted even outside normal working hours at the number +39 342 7299355 only after the incident has been entered on the Support portal.

Access to the Support Center occurs after an error has been reported.
